The location of the hotel was excellent, in the middle of the city. It was also close to the rest of the coastline, North Wales and the Snowdonia National Park and the main tourist spots.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The breakfast was freshly cooked to order.
We found the lounge area a bit chilly, especially when we first arrived. The front door being left open for the tea room service created an uncomfortable draft on a cool October afternoon. The parking lot could use clear markings. It was quite confusing to know where to park.

Just a nice choice for spending a night in Conwy with great value for the money. The large, well-equipped room was a pleasant surprise, especially the warm decor. Keep in mind that the lounge area might be chilly when the front door is open for the tea room.
